To make the process of choosing a contractor smoother, here is an outline of what you can expect from us.
The job process will unfold as follows - we will:
We attend a meeting with you to discuss your project and take notes on your site /or work off of plans sent to us by your architect.
Submit a Free Bid to you tailored to your needs that can be reworked (change materials/remove/add work) based on your budget allowances.
Determine the start date, length of project and target end date.
Submit a work plan and timeline including subcontractor dates and work to be done.
Decide upon a payment plan that is mutually beneficial (we must keep our subcontractors happy!).
We'll assign a project manager to your job that will be your primary contact, and will be available to answer your questions and concerns during the project and beyond.
All change orders should go through your project manager, and will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before implemented.
When the project is complete and all work finished, payment of 10% final retainer will be billed.
